How do I measure my head?
Use a tape measure to measure your head at the widest point, which in most cases is about a fingers width above the ears.
Always measure your head about three times to be sure about your size.
Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head.
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not certain about size, or are between sizes, buy the larger size.

Long Oval
Some heads are more elongated, and in hat parlance are described as "long oval". Tita Couture has the ability to shape any hat to be long oval. If a long oval wearer buys a regular oval hat, the hat will not be comfortable and the brim will pull and wrinkle. When ordering, please tell us if you want your hat to be made long oval. Please be aware that we do not accept returns on any hats that have been modified. This includes any hats that are made Long Oval.
Note that it is not necessary to shape a fabric hat or cap to the long oval size. Because caps and fabric hats are softer, and not fixed in their shape, they will naturally mold themselves to a long oval head.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long will my order take?
All hats are made to order and will be finished and shipped out within 4-6 weeks.
We do our very best to keep that timeline, but sometimes it is simply not possible. If you have a special request for the shipping schedule, or need a more defined date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Caps, accessories & purchases other than hats will be shipped out within 2 weeks.
Can I return a Hat
All of our hats are made to order on customer measurements and for that reason it is not possible to return orders.
All of our hats are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your order.
However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
Payments
We accept IRIS and POS payments. With IRIS you can send or receive money to or from individuals through your mobile just using their mobile number, email or tax number, without an IBAN. You can also shop online with QR scanning at our e-shop.
